Do parents need to attend?
Parents are welcome to attend with their child, especially for our Menstrual Health Workshop and Caregiver Workshop. We believe in learning together. -

Only our "Sex Education for Teens" class covers reproductive health and relationships. Our Menstrual Health Workshop is not a sex ed class. -
Are classes available online or in person?
Yes, both! All classes can be taken virtually through Zoom or in-person, depending on your location and preference. -
Are your courses offered in Spanish?
Absolutely. We offer bilingual support for our workshops and materials to make education more inclusive. -
Do you offer resources for schools or groups?
Yes! We partner with schools, Girl Scout troops, nonprofits, and youth organizations. Group rates are available.
