This Is Us

Empowering Youth, Educating Families, and Transforming Communities

At Cycle Sisters Academy, our mission is to provide inclusive, accessible, and engaging education on menstrual health, puberty, hygiene, reproductive wellness, and youth advocacy for individuals of all identities, not just girls. We believe that everyone deserves to understand their bodies, their health, and their rights, regardless of gender.

Through our wide range of workshops, service programs, and community resources, we aim to create safe spaces where youth, parents, and caregivers can learn together, ask honest questions, and build confidence. From understanding the basics of periods to learning how to advocate for change, we equip participants with real tools for real life.

Our vision is to normalize conversations around body development and reproductive health, dismantle taboos, and empower young people to become leaders in their schools, homes, and communities. Whether you're 8 or 18, a parent, a teacher, or a peer there's a place for you at Cycle Sisters Academy.

Meet The Team

We are a passionate, woman-led, minority-owned team of healthcare professionals and youth educators on a mission to shift the culture around puberty, wellness, and body education. Our combined backgrounds in nursing, certified caregiving, and peer youth support allow us to bring a well-rounded, culturally sensitive, and relatable approach to the topics we teach.

We know how overwhelming adolescence can be and we also know that open conversations can change everything. That’s why we’ve created Cycle Sisters Academy as a judgment-free zone for education, growth, and connection.

We’re not just about periods we’re about helping youth understand themselves and the world around them. From menstrual health and puberty to sex education, advocacy, and leadership, our programs are built to inform, inspire, and uplift.

Together, we’re raising a generation of confident, knowledgeable, and empowered changemakers.
